The U8 Girls Champions dominated the Grizzlies 30-13 behind Evelyn Roe's 18-point masterpiece, while the Heat staged an all-time comeback from 9 points down to beat Mentone Mustangs 19-17 in overtime — sealed by Harry French's heroic game-winner with 10 seconds left.
Seven Melbourne Wolves teams are set to compete in Grand Finals this Saturday 20 June at Sandringham Family Leisure Centre. From Arctic to The Capybaras, BRPS to Storm — here is every matchup, tip-off time, and court for the biggest day of the season.
The stage is set for an epic week of finals basketball as 22 Melbourne Wolves teams prepare to compete across six days of semi-final action at Sandringham Family Leisure Centre. From the early-morning Creepers opener to the Friday night blockbusters, every game has a story.
In a top of the ladder clash, the Champions defeated the Grizzlies in a hard fought battle. Evelyn Roe scored 9 points, Ella Niu and Malia Johnson added 4 points each. Champions remain unbeaten.

The Melbourne Wolves are through to the Grand Final of the Adelaide Easter Classic after a composed 54–33 win over Broadmeadows Broncos. Jack "J Beanstalk" Baker led with 20 points, while Lucas Buckley, Lucas Kraskov, and Tom Smith delivered the defensive and organisational performances that sealed the win.

The open age A grade Dire Wolves finished their regular season strong with a 10-9-1 record. Thomas Wilson-Haynes led with 114 points, Jonathan Ormando added 106, and the team scored 723 points - 2nd best in the division.
The Hardcourt Howlers ended their regular season with a hard-fought 35-29 victory over Bullits Suns to finish 3rd on the ladder. Lucas Buckley scored 11 points, Jack Baker added 14, and Samuel Ford contributed 6 points in the winning effort.
In a historic achievement for the club, Melbourne Wolves Heat defeated Mentone Mustang Meteroid 8-6 to finish the season first on the ladder with an impressive 8-2 record. Oliver Judson led with 4 points and 4 steals in the crucial victory.
